Self-introduction:
After earning my B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture, majoring in Food Science and Technology, I gained a solid understanding of food production, processing, preservation, and safety. My studies included food microbiology, food chemistry, and food quality assurance.
I completed a one-year internship in the water and bakery industries, where I applied my knowledge in real-world settings. I worked with engineers and technicians in the water industry to ensure water quality through sampling, testing, and analysis. In the bakery industry, I was involved in the production process from raw materials to packaging, gaining experience in quality control, product development, and marketing.
These experiences enhanced my communication and teamwork skills and reinforced my commitment to quality. I am eager to contribute to the food industry by developing safe, nutritious, high-quality food products.
